Our client, an award-winning IT consultancy who specialise in cloud technologies, are seeking
an Oracle Support Consultant to join their dynamic team.
What You'll Do
1. Prioritizing and managing ticket flow from the Service Desk
2. Ensure accuracy and relevance of the knowledge base.
3. Trouble shoot and resolve user issues.
4. Assist with testing changes and support patch cycles
What You'll Bring
1. 2+ years of experience in Application support environment or similar.
2. Basic understanding or end-user experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (HCM, Financials, Procurement modules)
3. Familiarity with ServiceNow / ITIL
