Key Responsibilities
* The Commercial Account Executive will join an expanding team to take ownership of your own client portfolio.
* Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing tailored insurance solutions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction
* Proactively manage policy renewals to maximise retention
* Act as the main point of contact for client enquiries and claims
* Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services
* Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market developments
* Consistently achieve and exceed agreed performance targets
About You
* Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive with a successful track record of managing a client portfolio
* Strong knowledge of the commercial insurance market
* Passionate about delivering outstanding client service
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident using insurance CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for client meetings
