Key Responsibilities Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. Deliver detailed financial analysis and commentary to support business decisions. Partner with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and accountability. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal controls. What We're Looking For Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent). At least 3 years' experience in a similar finance partnering or senior accounting role. Strong organisational and leadership skills. Advanced Excel capabilities; SAP B1 experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on actionable insights.
