This is a great opportunity for a leisure club general manager to run a premium and well-established health and fitness club in Maidstone. The club has 4500 members and acclaimed 120 class group ex timetable along with a 25m pool, the club has also benefited from significant investment in new cardio and resistance equipment earlier this year. As the leisure club manager, you will be supported by three heads of departments responsible for sales, fitness and operations and a large team of front-line sales, fitness and front of house team members. An ideal background would be a candidate who has a proven track record as a club manager or AGM from leading a fully staffed private members gym or a flagship leisure centre club, key focuses will be:
* Supporting and developing your team to deliver both service and operational excellence.
* Confident in leading sales team to meet and exceed challenging sales and activity targets.
* Experienced managing a significant wetside operation.
* Strong on health and safety, carrying out risk assessments.
* Experienced with managing a multiple revenue stream operation.
* Comfortable working 3-4 duty management shifts and working 1 weekend in 2.
In addition to a basic salary of 40K,there is the opportunity to earn £1500 per quarter in bonuses, benefits include 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
