Are you experienced in administration with a keen eye for attention to detail, that wants to join an organisation passionate about healthcare, where career opportunities are abundant?


We are seeking a detail-oriented individual join the team with experience with compliance – ideally located near to Wokingham or Leeds


As a Business Compliance Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our business activities and ensuring timely payment processes. You'll collaborate with various teams, providing essential administrative support, and ensuring adherence to compliance and procurement policies.


As a Business Compliance & Operations Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

* Administrative Support: Assist the EMEA Business Compliance Specialist in ensuring all activities are compliant, with required documents and approvals in place.
* Ensure all payments and managed across the business functions with regard to 3rd party suppliers, professional education, speaker meetings etc
* Documentation and Auditing: Ensure post-event documentation meets audit requirements and support Health Care Compliance and finance programme testing and monitoring.
* Logistical Coordination: Manage logistics for internal and external meetings, including booking travel and accommodation for in line with company policy.
* Payment Processing: Process and submit accurate payments promptly, ensuring Purchase Orders are raised and managed efficiently.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with business partners, ARIBA site coordinator, and Global Services Team to resolve payment discrepancies and enhance the compliance function.
* Customer Centricity: Embrace a customer-centric approach, providing solutions and support as a trusted business partner.
* Metrics and Reporting: Contribute to quarterly metrics and reporting, establishing robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Demonstrates high-level administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proactively manages workload, handling flexibility and ambiguity with ease.
* Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
* Capable of operating effectively at all levels within the organisation and building strong working relationships.
