In this position, you'd be a first point of contact for IT related queries and troubleshooting accordingly. This is an entry-level position, for those who are looking to kick-start their career within the IT sector. Training is available. As a 1st Line Technical Support, you will be responsible for: Being a first point of contact via telephone, email and ticketing system. Resolving basic technical issues. Accurately logging incidents and keeping an accurate record. Assisting with password resents, software installations and other entry-level IT duties. Escalating complex issues and liaising with 2nd/3rd line support. The ideal candidate will have/be: Basic IT knowledge (understanding of Windows/Mac OS/Microsoft Office and common software applications) Strong problem solving skills. A certificate/qualification in the IT field (preferred) A clean UK driving license (essential) Open to learning and development. An excellent standard of customer service skills.
