The Training & Onboarding Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring our teams are equipped, confident, compliant and ready to deliver exceptional service from day one.
Job Description
As our Training & Onboarding Coordinator, you will support and deliver the full onboarding and training experience for both employed assessors and subcontractors. You will ensure each new starter is fully prepared, compliant and confident in their role, providing consistent, high-quality onboarding that drives performance, efficiency, and excellent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Coordination
· Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for employed assessors and subcontractors.
· Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, induction packs, videos, and supporting documentation.
· Ensure all new starters complete compliance, legal and health & safety requirements prior to activation.
· Maintain accurate onboarding records and communicate progress to internal teams.
Training Delivery & Support
· Coordinate and deliver training sessions both online and in person.
· Maintain training records and ensure completion of mandatory modules.
· Identify individual or team training needs and work with internal stakeholders to develop suitable programmes.
· Develop training interventions for new products and services
Compliance & Quality Assurance
· Ensure all training and onboarding processes are compliant with internal policy, regulatory standards and industry best practice.
· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of onboarding and training outcomes.
· Escalate compliance concerns or performance risks promptly.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
· Collect feedback from new starters to assess onboarding quality and user experience.
· Identify process gaps and propose improvements to strengthen the onboarding workflow.
· Stay informed of industry trends to enhance our training and onboarding approach.
Reporting & Administration
· Maintain detailed records of onboarding completion, compliance checks and training activity.
· Produce regular reporting for management, summarising onboarding throughput, performance outcomes and key insights.

New assessors and subcontractors fully onboarded and operational within 2 weeks of induction.

90%+ satisfaction score from new starters regarding onboarding and training experience.

100% completion of mandatory training modules and documentation.

95%+ accuracy rate on test job performance for new starters.

Operational Preparedness:
All system setups and equipment allocations completed prior to first assignment.
Skills & Experience
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
· Excellent communication skills, able to engage confidently with varied audiences.
· Experience delivering training online and in person.
· High attention to detail with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
· Ability to build rapport and maintain positive working relationships.
· Confident in using digital platforms for onboarding, learning and reporting.
· Experience in designing a variety of training interventions
· Experience within property services, energy or field-based roles is advantageous.
