We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Operative to join our Story Scotland Transportation Division within our Rail Renewals team based in and around Blantyre - there really has never been a better time to join our business
If you have experience working in a rail/civils environment, then we would love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will bring your experience to work within our site team ensuring the day to day delivery of our programme, working closely with a Ganger assisting in the organising of resource, plant and materials to deliver the works You will be expected to set standards and act as a mentor to our less experienced team members.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
* Experience in rail/civils
* Experience PTS Card
* Full driving licence
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
* Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
* Have ability work flexibly, including lodging away, weekends and unsociable hours
