What the role involves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
You’ll support pupils in lessons, help teachers with classroom tasks and assist learners who need additional guidance. This role gives you valuable experience if you’re considering a future in teaching or a pupil-focused profession.
Daily responsibilities as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
* Working with pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* Supporting teachers with resources, planning and behaviour routines
* Helping pupils stay engaged and motivated
* Encouraging positive behaviour and clear expectations
* Building your confidence and skills through hands-on experience
You’ll be a great fit as a Graduate Teaching Assistant if you have
* A degree in any subject
* An interest in education, psychology or youth support
* Good communication and a patient approach
* The ability to work as part of a team
* An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
