Job Title: Legal Administrator
Location: Wellington, Somerset
Salary: Circa £24K DOE
Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday

We're working with a well-established yet rapidly growing law firm in Wellington that's seeking a proactive and professional Legal Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of legal operations, supporting fee earners, and delivering exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike.
What you'll be doing:
1. Providing high-quality clerical and administrative support to legal professionals
2. Managing diaries, booking appointments, and coordinating meetings
3. Handling client communications with professionalism and care - in person, by phone, and via email
4. Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Office and case management systems
5. Supporting financial processes including billing and file closure
6. Assisting with marketing activities and compliance training
7. Overseeing reception duties, including managing meeting rooms and handling post
8. Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
What we're looking for:
9. Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment or a law graduate
10. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and confidence with IT systems
13. A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
