Our Project Managers work hard to ensure projects are successfully completed on time, in budget and to the satisfaction of all involved. You will be looking after multiple projects of varying size and complexity, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring risk and issues are mitigated to result in project completion. As a Project Manager at PayPlan you will: Deliver on projects, ensuring the project meets its objectives, scope, time and budget constraints. Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and tools, to ensure efficient execution. Guide and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure needs are met. Be a keen problem solver, addressing issues that arise and find solutions to ensure projects stay on track. Build relationships with stakeholders across the business, reporting on progress and ensuring regular communication. Champion continuous improvement and new ways of working at every opportunity.
