Child Care Solicitor
An award winning, leading regional law firm are looking to strengthen their Family Department with the hire of a Child Care Solicitor at their Huddersfield office. The successful Child Care Solicitor will play a crucial role in handling cases related to care proceedings, adoption and kinship.

The successful Child Care Solicitor will be responsible for undertaking fee-earning work, key responsibilities will include:
– Handling day-to-day cases related to care proceedings, adoption, and kinship.
– Managing your own case load and handling the associated responsibilities.
– Conducting your own advocacy on behalf of clients.
– Attending client meetings to understand their needs and provide legal counsel.
– Ensuring consistent drafting of documents using appropriate software and case management systems.
