Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

Employee Relations and Change Manager The Role:
As the Employee Relations and Change Manager, you will:
Lead and manage a team of two HR Advisors.
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations (ER) cases.
Ensure timely, robust, and legally compliant HR interventions.
Act as the HR lead on organisational change initiatives, including restructures, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.
Support the professional development of your team.
Employee Relations and Change Manager You:
Were looking for a confident and credible HR professional with:
Proven experience managing complex ER casework and leading HR teams.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, ideally within the education or public sector.
A successful track record in supporting organisational change and transformation.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
Essential Qualification:
Level 7 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
