Your Move in North Hykeham is looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full-time, permanent basis.
This branch is part of National Home Move, a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a negotiator, you will:
1. Register customers and carry out property matches for both Sales and Lettings properties
2. Generate and conduct property viewings
3. Negotiate offers between all parties
4. Maximise branch income through cross-selling of services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
5. Display excellent customer service at all times
Industry experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided. At a minimum, you should have previous targeted sales experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
In return, we offer:
1. On Target Earnings (OTE): £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
2. Basic salary from £19,000 depending on experience
3. 6 months guaranteed commission pay
4. 5-day working week, including Saturdays on rota

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The role is predominantly office-based due to the nature of this opportunity.
