We are seeking an experienced Site-Based Project Manager to oversee a complex refurbishment and extension project in Ruislip, working on behalf of a leading Construction Management contractor.

Full refurbishment works

Demolition activities

Construction of two new extensions

Approx. 12-month programme
The Role
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient management of the site, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be supported by an Assistant Site Manager and will coordinate subcontractors, health & safety, and client reporting.
Requirements

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
*
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
*
First Aid at Work
*
Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator experience
*
Proven track record in managing refurbishment and new-build projects within a live construction environment
Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day site leadership and coordination
*
Managing health & safety, ensuring compliance at all times
*
Liaising with client, subcontractors, and stakeholders
*
Programme management and progress reporting
*
Quality assurance and issue resolution
