Job Description
We're hiring a Researcher on a 12-month FTC basis to join our Experian Consumer Services (ECS) division of global data group Experian. We're responsible for the direct-to-consumer credit business, helping consumers take control of their financial health and support their journey through life's big moments
You will help us to uncover how we can innovate and take Experian further, driving value for our customers. This is an new role working with multiple stakeholders across the consumer side of the business.
This is a hybrid role which will require coming into our London office 2 days a week.
Responsibilities
1. Conduct research to uncover areas of growth opportunity for the business, tapping into currently unmet customer needs
2. Plan and run qualitative and quantitative studies
3. Independently define research goals and create research proposals
4. Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to create actionable insights and recommendations
5. Work with our other researchers to connect insights and ideas across multiple teams and projects
6. Synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights that connect directly to product outcomes and our goals
7. Collaborate with product, design, marketing and other teams to integrate user research findings into our product development process
8. Help evolve our research practice, operations, tools, and ways of working across domains
9. Raise the profile of the team by identifying and sharing insights and success stories, and helping other areas to understand value and contribution
Qualifications
10. Excellent user research experience gained ideally within the FinTech sector
11. Proven knowledge quant research methodologies and practices
12. Hands-on experience with a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods and techniques
13. Experience creating research plans and defining objectives and methodologies
14. Experience managing stakeholders
15. Strong planning and project management skills, adapting to changing priorities.
