Communication Specialist Belcan Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting a Communication Specialist to join a busy administrative team on a long-term contract based fully on site in the Southampton area. This is an urgent requirement, offering the opportunity to step into a well-established environment where clear, effective communication plays a key role in day-to-day operations. Please note: this is a fully on site role located outside central Southampton; candidates should be comfortable with daily travel to site. In this role, you will support a wide range of internal communications activities, helping to plan, deliver and maintain high-quality written and verbal messaging. You will contribute to the preparation of briefing materials, agendas and supporting documents, while coordinating with stakeholders and third-party suppliers. The position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. As a Communication Specialist, you will bring creativity, structure and clarity to complex information, ensuring communications are accurate, engaging and aligned with business needs. This role is fully on site with no remote working option and is ideally suited to candidates based locally who can start within 1 - 3 weeks.
