Construction Planner – West London
Salary: £52,000 – £62,000 per annum + job security, travel paid, company expenses, pension, holidays.
Location: West End, London, UK.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules for complex projects using planning software.
* Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and reporting on any delays or risks.
* Support pre‑construction planning, including preparing baseline programs.
* Work closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Construction Planner within the UK sector.
* Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or a similar discipline.
* Understanding of construction processes.
* Willingness to work both in office and on site.
