Project Engineer - Mechanical Bias - (Leven, Fife)

This is a *Leven-based* role with an excellent immediate start within a global FMCG brand working on *end-to-end capital expenditure projects across FMCG, gas, and pharmaceutical sectors*.
* Execute end-to-end capital expenditure projects across FMCG, gas, and pharmaceutical sectors.
* Focus on mechanical systems, new production lines, and turnkey project execution.
* Take responsibility for project delivery from start to finish, including contractor management.
* Collaborate with Operations to develop technical requirement specifications.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates, schedules, and capex controls to support approvals.
* Lead construction management and commissioning activities with a mechanical focus.
* Drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all sites.
* Manage projects for non-alcoholic lines (soft drinks) and whiskey production facilities.
* Provide strong site-based execution with minimum 4 days/week onsite presence.
* Intensive 12-week onboarding period, followed by full integration into global engineering delivery team.
