Applause IT are pleased to be working again with this well-established Travel Technology client Group, on an exciting opportunity for a talented B2B Marketing Lead with expertise in campaign management, digital marketing, and content creation. You'll lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for airfare and cruise products, combining strategic planning, creative execution, and data-driven analysis to boost customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales performance.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and wants to make a real impact in the travel and tourism sector. Agency and in house experience all of interest.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, develop, and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns from concept to delivery.
2. Produce compelling copywriting, content, imagery, and video for multi-channel campaigns.
3. Ensure high standards through meticulous proofing and brand consistency.
4. Analyse campaign performance and produce reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
5. Manage supplier, partner, and trade press relationships to maximise exposure.
6. Organise and deliver events, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities.
7. Maintain accurate budget tracking and campaign ROI reporting.
8. Drive innovation in marketing strategies, channels, and creative content.
About You
9. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a senior or lead marketing exec role, ideally within B2B OR Travel.
10. Proven track record in multi-channel campaign delivery (digital copy, email, events, PR).
11. Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand positioning, and audience engagement.
12. Confident in giving creative direction and producing high-quality content.
13. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
14. Highly organised team player with a proactive approach.
15. Ability to deputise for the Marketing Brand Manager when required.
