CNC Miller
Joloda Hydraroll is growing, and we're hiring CNC Millers to meet customer demand and support ongoing success. With permanent day or late shifts available, attractive pay starting from £29,372 up to £36,000 (plus 25% uplift for late shifts), paid overtime at time and a half, this is a role where your effort truly pays off.
We're looking for experienced, proactive CNC Machining professionals to join our Speke-based manufacturing team, working in a business that's trusted by global logistics leaders including DHL, Unilever and Coca-Cola. What You'll Be Doing
* Programming, setting and operating CNC milling and/or turning machines (3-axis)
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings to tight tolerances
* Performing first-off and in-process inspections to ISO standards (ISO 9001)
* Working independently while taking initiative -we value proactive minds who see what needs doing
* Contributing to continuous improvement and pushing for excellence every day
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in CNC milling
* Confidence with machine set-up from scratch; programming experience is highly desirable but not a deal breaker
* Comfortable working from engineering drawings and using measuring equipment
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant field required; Level 3 or above desirable
You'll report to a team leader with hands-on technical expertise and supportive management style, while being part of a wider team of 25+ skilled professionals in a business that values curiosity, growth and initiative.
