Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Product Owner or Manager role.
* Demonstrable experience in defining and executing product strategy.
* Strong technical understanding and track record in agile delivery.
* Experience delivering customer-focused solutions in a SaaS or ecommerce environment.
* Proven success working cross-functionally to deliver business outcomes.
* A data-driven mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
* Define and lead product strategy in alignment with our company goals.
* Own the product roadmap and backlog, driving prioritization decisions.
* Translate user insights and business requirements into clear user stories.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Champion customer needs using personas, journey mapping, and data-driven decision-making.
* Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure release quality meets customer and business expectations.
* Balance long-term vision with short-term delivery; manage scope, risks, and trade-offs.
* Manage stakeholder expectations across the business and with external clients.
* Oversee smooth transitions from legacy to new systems where applicable.
* Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and visualize work-in-progress.
