Lymm High School is a well-established, 11-18 school with over 1950 students (360 in the 6th form) and exceptional resources, including 28 acres of beautiful grounds, a swimming pool, leisure complex and our own residential centre in Anglesey. Rapid and sustained improvement over the past few years has led to some excellent results (Progress 8 of 0.54 in both 2019 and 2022) and a very positive Ofsted inspection a couple of months ago.

Computing and IT results have been consistently strong over a number of years. Both computing and IT are popular subjects at KS4 as well as offering applied ICT at KS5. The department is strong and supportive and sits within an excellent, welcoming wider faculty team.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled teacher, who has the ability to teach computing and ICT up to KS4. This post would suit both ECTs and more experienced teachers.
