Care Practitioner Night Shift. Telford Hall Care Home Pay Rate: £12.77 per hour Shifts: 2 shifts per week (22 hours) or 3 shifts per week (33 hours) or 4 shifts per week (44 hours) Shifts: 7pm - 7am Please note- this role is not suitable for applicants with a 20 hour student visa working restriction, or those requiring Visa sponsorship/sponsor switch Are you a compassionate and dedicated professional looking to make a real difference in the lives of others? Responsibilities as a Nights Care Practitioner In this important role, you will deliver high-quality care and support to residents throughout the night. Your duties will include: Assisting residents with personal care needs, such as hygiene, dressing, and mobility, while maintaining their dignity and comfort. Supporting residents with meals and hydration, ensuring their nutritional requirements are met. Encouraging social interaction and engagement in activities where appropriate. Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing, and responding promptly to any changes or concerns. Offering emotional support and companionship to create a reassuring and friendly environment. Accurately recording care provided and maintaining clear communication with colleagues. Helping to maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for both residents and staff. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.
