OVERVIEW:
-Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on technology related agreements
-This includes outsourcing, procurement, IT cloud arrangements, data centres, logistics, manufacturing, agency, distribution, and franchising
-The appointed lawyer will lead client matters and build strong relationships while collaborating with firm wide teams
-Supporting the business and assisting senior lawyers in supervising junior staff
-Applicants must have a minimum of three years' experience in commercial law
-Experience in sectors like technology, healthcare, leisure, life sciences, construction, or the public sector is beneficial
-Familiarity with in:house or consumer contracts and public procurement is advantageous
