WHAT YOUR WEEK WILL LOOK LIKE * Lifecycle Management: Managing the vital administrative threads of the employee journey, including contract generation, salary changes, and flexible working requests. * Compliance & Safeguarding: Leading the Safer Recruitment onboarding process with total accuracy, ensuring DBS, Right to Work, and reference checks are completed to the highest standards. * Data Stewardship: Administering our HRIS; you’ll be responsible for data integrity and accuracy when amending contractual details and personnel records. * Recruitment Coordination: Partnering with Headteachers and stakeholders to facilitate recruitment campaigns, ensuring a professional and warm experience for every candidate. * Process Optimisation: Constantly looking for ways to make our admin more efficient, making life easier for both our colleagues and our school leaders.
