Aims of Job / Job Purpose
To play a key role in delivering a high‑quality, data‑driven customer journey that supports student recruitment and engagement across the College. Working within the Digital & Customer Journey team, the post‑holder will ensure that prospective students receive timely, relevant and personalised communications by supporting the development and delivery of CRM workflows, automated campaigns and digital processes and advertising. The role is central to converting interest into applications and enrolments; ensuring that marketing activity is effectively delivered through systems, data and automation, and that every prospective student receives a consistent, engaging and well‑timed experience.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
* CRM & Marketing Automation
o Build, implement and maintain workflows, forms and automated communication journeys within HubSpot
o Support the delivery of enquiry nurture and keep warm campaigns aligned to recruitment cycles
o Ensure communications are triggered accurately and aligned to key customer journey stages
o Monitor performance (open rates, click‑through, engagement) and support optimisation of workflows
* Customer Journey & Data Management
o Support the effective use and management of prospect data within CRM systems
o Ensure data is accurately captured, segmented and utilised to enable targeted communications
o Work with admissions and marketing teams to ensure alignment between systems and processes
o Maintain data quality and ensure compliance with data protection requirements
* Campaign Delivery Support
o Support the implementation and scheduling of digital communications through CRM and email platforms
o Ensure consistency, accuracy and quality of messaging across automated communications
o Assist in the delivery of campaign activity through digital systems and platforms
* Website & Digital Platform Support
o Support the maintenance and updating of website content and key user journey pages
o Assist in improving user experience and ensuring content is accurate and up to date
o Work with internal teams and external partners to support website enhancements
* Reporting & Insight
o Produce regular reports on CRM activity, campaign performance and engagement metrics
o Support analysis of customer journey performance and identify opportunities for improvement
o Use data and insight to inform enhancements to workflows and communications
* Collaboration & Team Support
o Work closely with the Digital & Customer Journey team to support delivery of recruitment priorities
o Liaise with marketing, admissions and curriculum teams to ensure activity is aligned and effective
o Support the capture of marketing content across College campuses, including photography and video, to support campaigns and ensure a consistent and up‑to‑date bank of assets
Other Duties and Responsibilities
* Comply with internal and external quality standards and contribute to the College's strategic aims.

* Support the safeguarding and promotion of students' welfare.
* Maintain confidentiality in relation to all College information and to comply with Data Protection Legislation.
* Participate in the College's Appraisal scheme and undertake any training as required.

Qualifications and Requirements
* Proficiency with HubSpot and other CRM tools.
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Experience in campaign management, marketing automation and digital marketing.
* Knowledge of data protection legislation (GDPR).
* All applicants will be required to provide a minimum of two suitable references covering a 5‑year period.
