We’re working with a creative agencyhelping brands shape the world’s people want to live in. They work with brands who are tired of conservative, safe and predictable agency output. Brands that want to play a more meaningful role in people’s lives and demand the creativity, cultural strategy and design rigour to show up for their people and make a dent in the world.
You’ll be joining a small team of strategists, CD’s and designers all working toward making more culturally fluent brands. This takes graft and grit, but is incredibly rewarding. You’ll be working between the directors and the project teams, with clients and without, but across all design related requirements

Design Leadership
Setting the creative standard
Leading the ideation + development of design & brand projects
Shape concepts into bold, culturally relevant design
Champion craft, consistency, and attention to detail
Project Leadership
Lead projects from ideas to final delivered brands, merchandise, websites, video + photoshoots
Balance creativity with commercial thinking
Keep a small team, clients, and timelines moving in sync
Mentorship
Inspire, coach, and grow emerging talent
Create a collaborative, supportive studio culture
Lead by example, in craft and in professionalism
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
Holiday allowance: 20 days + Bank holidays + 2 week Xmas shut down
Working pattern: WFH & 3 days p/w in their Hackney office
