Working hours are 40hrs per week, start and finish times to be discussed, £13.76 per hour, with an immediate start! This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
As an engineering administrator you will be:
* Completing legal requirements for IMS7 Audit
* Stock checks
* Updating spread sheets
* Data input on the workshop computer system
* Entering work Orders and assigning engineering tasks
* Filing
* Checking work orders
* Engineering administration.
What we're looking for:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ideally experience in a busy transport environment or a strong administrative background.
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office)
