NQ Family Solicitor Location: Rochdale
A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Family Solicitor to join its growing Family Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Family Solicitor to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative team, handling a broad range of privately funded family matters.
The Role
NQ Family Solicitor to assist on and manage a varied caseload including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy matters
* Private children matters
* Cohabitation disputes
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* Domestic abuse injunctions
You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers and benefit from ongoing supervision, mentoring and career development opportunities.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will:
* NQ Family Solicitor
* Have experience in Family Law
* Demonstrate strong client care and communication skills
* Be commercially aware and motivated to build a long-term career in Family Law
* Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
