Position: Credit Control\n\nSalary: £30,000\n\nLocation: Llanishen, Cardiff\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a great company that since 1995, have specialised in the supply and maintenance of quality branded safety equipment, sourced by some of the best manufacturers across the globe. Catering to countless nationwide sectors (including construction, chemical and emergency services), their goal has always been to ensure that their service, maintenance and safety requirements are met for field use.\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller who is experienced using Sage Line 50 and enjoys working as part of a small close-knit team.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nHandling incoming calls and queries from customers, emphasizing quality of the call and courtesy to the customer.\nCash posting and allocation.\nChasing of debt.\nInvoice queries.\nRaising credit notes & monthly report.\nOpening of new accounts.\nProcessing card payments.\nUpdating credit limits.\nChecking of purchasing invoices.\nBanking of cheques.\nScanning, filing & processing confidential documents.\nQuarterly reporting of new accounts.\nManaging companies in administration.\n\nRequirements:\n\nSage Line 50 experience\nIT literate with accurate keyboard skills.\nAn excellent eye for detail, with good written communication skills, spelling, grammar & punctuation.\nPositive and helpful attitude.\nEnthusiastic & positive team members\n\nBenefits:\n\n25 days holiday, in addition to bank holidays.\nCompany pension\n\nOffice Hours:\n\nMonday to Thursday 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch), Friday 8am - 4.30pm (30-minute lunch)
