A leading innovator in medical imaging AI is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager / Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to lead regional business development efforts, build relationships with top-tier hospitals and imaging centres, and represent cutting-edge technology at major medical conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the UK.
* Identify and engage senior physicians and decision-makers at leading hospitals and imaging centres.
* Serve as the primary contact for new clients, introducing advanced imaging AI solutions.
* Represent the client at national and international medical conferences, generating leads and building brand presence.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Customer Success, Legal, Product, Finance, and Marketing.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* 5+ years of successful solution sales experience in the medical field, with a strong UK network and proven track record of closing high-value deals.
* Deep understanding of NHS procurement processes and experience working with NHS stakeholders.
* Solid knowledge of radiology and medical imaging markets.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience leading sales meetings and delivering compelling pitches.
* Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Willingness to travel regularly within the UK and abroad.
* Passion for innovation in healthcare, particularly in AI and precision medicine.
