Overview
Sales Ambassador (Arabic / Turkish) - Marc Jacobs, Bicester Village. This role represents the Marc Jacobs brand, delivering a great customer journey and building loyal client relationships to maximise profitability and productivity.
Main Responsibilities
* Brand Ambassador: Excite and install passion and pride for the brand; embody the brand image for customers and the store team; understand the brand DNA; lead by example and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
* General Store VM / Client Management: Reflect visual merchandising guidelines; enhance customer service standards to ensure the best client journey.
* Sales / Business Monitoring: Welcome clients, educate them about the brand, build relationships, introduce complementary products, drive sales to achieve targets; gather CRM details to enlarge the client book; stay up to date with fashion trends and product lines; ensure Company policies and procedures are followed; support stock control and management.
Profile
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment
* Experience in selling RTW / LG
* Passion for fashion and sales
* Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on the client’s needs and experience
* Excellent personal presentation – a Marc Jacobs Brand Ambassador
* Understanding of Retail KPIs
* Fluent in English and Arabic or Turkish is essential; additional languages are an advantage
