Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end internal supply chain operations. This role will be responsible for managing purchasing, warehouse operations, inventory control, and demand forecasting to ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning supply with business needs, minimizing waste, and maintaining high standards in storage and product handling—especially within a quality-driven food environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Procurement & Purchasing
o Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
o Source high-quality raw materials and packaging in line with brand standards
o Monitor market trends and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
* Inventory & Warehouse Management
o Oversee warehouse operations, storage systems, and stock organization
o Ensure proper handling, storage conditions, and FIFO/FEFO compliance
o Monitor stock levels and reduce waste, shrinkage, and overstocking
* Demand Planning & Forecasting
o Develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, seasonality, and business trends
o Align purchasing plans with forecasted demand and production needs
o Collaborate with sales and production teams to anticipate fluctuation
* Process Optimization & Reporting
o Implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
o Track KPIs (stock turnover, wastage, availability, procurement costs)
o Generate regular reports and insights to support decision-making
* Cross-Functional Coordination
o Work closely with production, finance, and retail teams to ensure smooth operations
o Ensure supply chain supports new product launches and promotions
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* 4–7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management (F&B or retail preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong analytical and forecasting skills
* Solid understanding of inventory management systems and ERP tools
* Experience in supplier negotiation and cost control
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* High attention to detail, especially in stock and storage handling
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred:
* Experience in food production, hospitality, or FMCG
* Knowledge of food safety standards and storage requirements
* Familiarity with demand planning tools or advanced Excel
