Blue Arrow are looking for a Part time Office Administrator / Bookkeeping Assistant
Location: Burton
Hours: 18 hours per week (3 days a week, 9:00am - 3:00pm; days flexible by prior agreement)
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
A small, friendly business based in Burton-on-Trent is seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Bookkeeping Assistant to support day-to-day operations.
This is a part-time role ideal for someone with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
General Office Duties:
* Answering telephone calls
* Handling incoming and outgoing post * and emails
* Filing and typing
Bookkeeping Duties:
* Payroll processing
* Sales and purchase ledger management
* Bank reconciliation
* VAT returns
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with Sage 50 Accounts and Payroll is desirable but not essential - training will be provided.
