We're working with a highly regarded, 4.8-star restaurant to recruit a talented Chef de Partie who brings flair, passion, and a genuine desire to learn.
This is a busy but well-organised kitchen, offering excellent working hours and a supportive environment where chefs are encouraged to develop their skills and progress their career.
The Role
* Running your own section to a high standard
* Working with fresh, quality ingredients
* Maintaining consistency, presentation, and pace during service
* Supporting junior team members as needed
* Upholding high food hygiene and kitchen standards
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
* A creative mindset with attention to detail
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop
* Ability to thrive in a busy service environment
* A strong team player with a passion for food
