Data and Cover Administrator
Responsible To: Exams and Data Officer
Grade: Grade 7 SCP 12-14 (£28,598-£29,540 fte) (£25,843-£26,693 pro rata)
37 hours per week. Term time only plus 2 weeks (to include GCSE and A level exam results download and publication days in August).
Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 3:30pm and Friday 7:30am to 3pm
Main Purpose
To provide effective administrative support across three key operational areas of the school:
* Student data and assessment systems
* Internal and external examinations (GCSE, A-Level and vocational)
* Daily teacher cover coordination
The postholder will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school by maintaining accurate data, supporting exam compliance, and organising staff cover arrangements efficiently and professionally. This post will also review and interpret information within a defined area and provide support to advise and inform decision making.
