This role will play a key part in our forums & Ecosystems events production, through ecosystem research, managing outreach & relationships with stakeholders and speakers, collecting key information where required, facilitating introductions, researching new speakers, drafting and bringing together event agendas, preparing speaking briefing documents and calls, following up on invites and, ultimately, contributing to and executing on our vision across the Founders Forum Group.

The top candidate for this dynamic role will be organised, ambitious, and detail oriented with strong research and prioritisation skills with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Founders Forum Group is an event-powered community and family of businesses supporting innovative entrepreneurs at every stage of their journeys. Founded in 2005, our invite-only forums unite founders, investors, corporate and government leaders to tackle era-defining questions in iconic locations across the globe. Since 2019, Founders Forum has partnered with Informa Tech to celebrate the strength and diversity of UK tech through London Tech Week.

In 2023, Founders Forum acquired Tech Nation. The transfer saw FF Group continue to execute against Tech Nation's mission to empower tech entrepreneurs, scale innovative startups, and provide a united platform for UK tech founders.

Join our content team as a Junior Content Producer working across a series of our global events.

Key areas of responsibility:

* Manage communications with high-profile speakers - founders, investors, tech leaders - including invites, follow ups and briefings for various events
* Maintain a comprehensive, up-to-date speaker database
* Research and identify the tech world's rising stars, supporting to secure fresh, new speakers for our events and keeping content themes cutting edge
* Collaborate with the other members of the content team to curate and execute on engaging programmes for a range of events supporting the growth of the tech ecosystem, conducting in-depth research on industry trends

Requirements

* This is a great opportunity for a tech enthusiast, ideally with 2-3 years experience event content curation and production.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Demonstrable experience of the ability to build positive relationships with multiple different stakeholders
* Interest in the tech startup ecosystem is essential
