At this forward-thinking renewable energy company, we're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a cutting-edge anaerobic digestion plant in the Highlands.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintenance and repairs: Performing planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance tasks on-site equipment.
* Inspections and testing: Conducting regular inspections and testing as per maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance.
* Root cause analysis: Participating in root cause analysis for equipment issues to identify areas for improvement.
* Capital projects: Supporting site capital projects and maintenance shutdowns to minimize downtime.
* On-call support: Contributing to an on-call rota for out-of-hours support to ensure 24/7 operations.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Relevant qualifications: HND/HNC in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent.
* Driving licence: Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Experience: At least 2 years' experience in anaerobic digestion or similar processing environments.
* Familiarity with regulations: Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and COMPEX/ATEX regulations.
* Certifications: IOSH and FLT/Telehandler licences (preferred).
