This role offers the opportunity to help shape how we communicate across the business, building a shared understanding of who we are and where we’re going. As part of a collaborative and creative team, you’ll play a key role in delivering clear, engaging, and impactful internal communications that support our strategic objectives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders at all levels to understand key messages and translate them into compelling content across a range of formats, including blogs, infographics, videos, articles, and podcasts. With a strong editorial eye and a proactive mindset, you’ll also advise on the most effective communication channels and approaches to achieve maximum impact. You’ll coordinate and contribute to the delivery of planned, group-wide communications by working with Internal Communications Business Partners, Change Consultants, and subject matter experts. You'll ensure messages are delivered on time, with consistency and quality, and always aligned with business priorities and regulatory standards.About youYou’re a collaborative team player who takes ownership of your contributions and thrives on supporting shared success. With solid experience in operational communications planning, you’re comfortable making autonomous decisions and navigating a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
