Due to the continued growth at ACL (Alarm Communication Limited), we have a requirement for an additional Service Manager to join our established team at our main offices in Frimley Surrey.
About the Role
You will work within one of our Key Account Divisions, managing a team responsible for a portfolio of prestigious large-scale commercial properties across sectors such as Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Stadia.
This is a people management role, overseeing the office-based service delivery administration team within your division.
Salary and Benefits
Basic Salary – £40,000 - £46,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with Contract Managers and serve as a key contact for clients and onsite security teams.
2. Manage planned maintenance, reactive callouts, and monitor critical repairs.
3. Prepare and tailor service reports for key accounts.
4. Meet clients regularly to provide service updates and build relationships.
5. Price new service contracts, monitor financial performance, and renewals.
6. Audit maintenance asset data and escalate issues accordingly.
7. Review maintenance activities, system compliance, and ensure SLA adherence.
8. Coordinate planned maintenance works with service teams.
9. Monitor financial performance and ensure timely invoicing.
10. Build trust through transparent communication with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
11. Oversee ARC Connections setup, renewals, and reporting on police/fire attendances.
