The café team plays a key role in delivering great service and a welcoming experience for customers. Join us as a Team Member in our café to contribute to daily operations, assist with cooking and customer service, and help keep the café clean and organized.
We offer flexible working hours, opportunities for progression, and a supportive environment. New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with options to work fewer hours (down to 12) if desired. Availability windows are listed with 3 weeks’ notice of shifts, and we aim to accommodate flexibility whenever possible. Please note you need to be 18 or over to apply.

About the role
As a Team Member in our café, you’ll be involved in cooking, engaging with customers, and ensuring our menu and safety standards are met. You’ll also help maintain kitchen equipment and keep customer areas tidy.
This is a lively role with everyday challenges, offering opportunities for development and a dynamic work environment.
You will be responsible for tasks such as maintaining cleanliness, serving customers efficiently, following food safety and hygiene regulations, FIFO stock rotation, accepting deliveries and proper storage of food, following policies and procedures, and preparing and serving food according to the café’s menu. You’ll help ensure availability of food products and be knowledgeable about the menu to assist customers. You’ll resolve customer complaints and support the Café Manager, stay updated with communications and initiatives, and keep tables cleaned and sanitised.
