Trusted Talent are currently seeking confident and pro-active individuals to join our team of dedicated teachers or teaching assistants. Our team work flexibly across a number of local client schools in Ludlow and surrounding area. Role commencing Jan 2026.
Cover Supervisor work is available for candidates without qualified teacher status.
Requirements:

Must have qualified teacher status or (ECT)
*
Must have availability for 3-5 days a week
*
Daily pay rate of £130 – £160 per day depending on teaching experience
*
Manage your own work diary – flexible work to fit around your commitments
*
Regular and consistent work available in schools local to you, especially in Ludlow and surrounding area
*
Opportunity to build on your classroom experience within supportive schools
Role Responsibilities:
*
Relieve periods of staff absence and shortages by providing lesson cover as a teacher or teaching assistant across KS3 and KS4
*
Assist students with the schemes of work provided and ensure that they remain on task, whether as a teacher or teaching assistant
*
Maintain excellent classroom practice by implementing effective behaviour management strategies
*
Record attendance accurately
*
Follow behaviour and child protection policies in line with school procedures
*
Support other staff as a teacher or teaching assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day running of lessons
