The role:
You will be working very closely with one of the Legal 500recommended partners, focusing largely on a very specific caseload relating to an inquiry surrounding negligence and deaths within the healthcare sector.
This will sit with the Clinical Negligence team in a firm has a fairly unique practice, with many clinical negligence solicitors and partners, with medical backgrounds and known as leaders in their field. They are committed to the further progression and training of their staff and are known as good employers.
You:
The successful public inquiry lawyer will:
- Have recent and relevant experience dealing with public inquiries, negligence and/or injury work
- Be familiar with the complex and often in-depth procedures necessary with this area of law
- Live within a reasonable commuting distance of central London
