Regional Sales Account Manager – Aberdeen
We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Account Manager based in the BSS Aberdeen branch. This role covers Aberdeen and surrounding areas including Inverness.

What You’ll Do
Based out of the Aberdeen BSS branch, you will join a high‑performing team. Your main goal will be to manage a range of key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and maximizing every opportunity. You will work Monday to Friday, be predominantly field‑based, and travel only infrequently overnight (about once a quarter). Using your competitive nature and comfort in the field you will build strong, lasting relationships with customers, understand their needs and business environment, meet current demands, and future‑proof the partnership.
Who You Are
You are a self‑assured, well‑organised individual with excellent communication skills. You have a solid background in sales and business development and a talent for driving business forward through performance and sales. Experience in our sector is a plus but not essential, as full training will be provided. Strong time management, commercial awareness, and the ability to interpret information and spot opportunities are crucial.
