The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to support pupils both within the classroom and through targeted interventions. Key responsibilities include: Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups Assisting with personalised learning activities Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils Supporting communication, social development and engagement in learning Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and pastoral teams Helping to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment Who Would Be Suitable?
