Pay: From £89 per day (pro-rata for half days)
Hours: Monday–Friday | Full-day and half-day options available

About the Role
Working with Teaching Personnel, you’ll support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) as they begin their education journey. Your focus will be on helping learners with ALN access learning through consistent, tailored support in a nurturing environment.
Children may need help with:
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Speech, Language & Communication Needs (SLCN)
* Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs
* Developmental or sensory processing difficulties
You’ll assist with classroom activities, help implement support plans (IDPs or EHCPs), and promote engagement, emotional wellbeing, and early learning through play.

* A caring, patient, and adaptable individual
* Passionate about inclusion and early education
* Confident working 1:1 or in small groups
* Experience with ALN is a bonus—but not essential
* A good understanding of the EYFS curriculum

Requirements
* Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
* A Child-Only Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
* Two professional references from the last 24 months
