We are recruiting for an experienced Electrician.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to carry out maintenance and repairs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring electrical safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repairs:
* Carry out necessary repairs and maintenance work on electrical installations to rectify any issues identified during inspections.
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Customer Service:
* Communicate effectively with clients to explain inspection results, necessary repairs, and safety advice.
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.
Compliance and Standards:
* Keep up-to-date with current electrical regulations and best practices (e.g., IET Wiring Regulations).
* Ensure all work adheres to health and safety standards and company policies.
Health and Safety:
* Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself, clients, and colleagues.
* Identify and mitigate any potential hazards encountered during inspections and repairs.
Qualifications and Experience:
* 18th Edition Wiring Regs
* Relevant qualifications in electrical installation (NVQ Level 3)
* City & Guilds 2391or equivalent for inspection and testing
Experience:
* Experience in maintenance and repair of electrical installations.
Skills:
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and safety standards.
* Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and customer service skills.
Other Requirements:
* Valid driver’s licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and high standards of workmanship.
