Town Planner / Senior Town Planner

The Opportunity
This position offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of projects spanning residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering planning advice to a wide range of clients, including developers, housebuilders, investors, and public sector organisations.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing and managing planning applications and appeals
* Undertaking site appraisals and feasibility assessments
* Developing planning strategies and providing policy advice
* Producing development plan representations
* Supporting projects through all stages of the planning process, including Environmental Impact Assessments
* Liaising with clients, local authorities, and key stakeholders

About You
* Degree qualified (minimum 2:1 or equivalent), ideally with a postgraduate qualification in a relevant RTPI/RICS-accredited subject
* Working towards or holding MRTPI (or equivalent)
* Strong analytical, written, and presentation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
* Interest in business development, innovation, and the planning sector
