Our core business activities are teaching and learning, widening access to education, research and innovation and technology and knowledge transfer. - THE ROLE - The post holder will provide a professional, welcoming and knowledgeable reception service to all students, staff and visitors to Ulster University. - ABOUT YOU - 1. You will provide a welcoming reception service for individuals and groups arriving on campus and deliver an exceptional level of customer service to all students, visitors and guests of the university. 2. You will respond efficiently to a broad range of enquiries in person, as well as by email and telephone, providing accurate information, and using initiative to resolve issues or complaints in a timely manner while signposting any issues that require further investigation. 3. You will assist students and staff with access control queries and take responsibility for the issue and retrieval of security passes to all visitors, ensuring compliance with appropriate University policies and procedures. 4. You will provide support for conferences and events on campus when required including welcoming and orientating guests and helping with other event activities.
